How AI Video Summaries works

Video Summaries are generated from the audio track within your room video. This means the AI listens to what you say and uses that information to create a summary.

Note: Video Summary does not interpret the visuals in the video—so if you want a summary, you need to describe what you’re seeing out loud as you record.

Example:

Instead of just recording a video of an affected room, add your expert narrative: “In the kitchen, there is visible water damage to the lower cabinets and hardwood flooring extending approximately 5 feet out from the fridge and about 8 feet on either side.”

This feature is built specifically for a restoration context, meaning the AI actually understands what you’re telling it and is able to create an accurate summary in a format that will strengthen your documentation.

Video Summaries capabilities

This feature allows you to automatically generate structured text notes from a recorded video. Speak as you normally would when describing the scene to a coworker—�Թϲ�� AI then transcribes the audio and converts it into a professional summary without manual typing.

Capture immersive, full-room documentation in seconds with 360° photos. Using a supported Ricoh THETA camera and the �Թϲ�� mobile app, you can quickly connect, choose the right capture mode for the space, and add detailed visuals directly to rooms or notes — helping you document every angle with clarity and confidence.

NCircle supports three sixty degree photo capture through an integration with Ricoh Theta cameras. Supported Ricoh Theta models are the Theta X, Theta Z or Z1, Theta V, Theta SC, and Theta S. If you’re using the Theta S, make sure it’s running firmware version one point six two or later. All other cameras should work with any commercially available firmware version. The Ricoh Theta camera has its own Wi Fi network. It’s important to know that before you can start capturing three sixty photos in nCircle, you need to connect to the camera’s network. Make sure the camera is powered on, then go into your phone’s Wi Fi settings. The network name will match the camera’s serial number, which can be found on the bottom of the device. The password for the network will be the numerical sequence at the end of the serial number. You may see a warning or a note saying you have no Internet connection. This is expected since the Theta network is just with a camera and isn’t on the Internet. This won’t keep you from connecting to the camera and taking three sixty photos, so you’re safe to ignore the warning. Once you’ve set this up the first time, your phone will remember this network, and you can simply switch to it when you’re using your camera within Circle. Taking three sixty photos in the app is very similar to taking regular photos. Once you’ve connected your camera, open a room, and tap the orange plus button. Click add photos and videos. Select the option for three sixty. If you haven’t connected your camera yet, you’ll be prompted to do that. Theta cameras have two different photo capture modes, time shift and single shot. Time shift mode is recommended for medium to large spaces. In this mode, the camera will take the photo in two steps. First, the front lens, and then the back. We suggest you stand behind the back lens when you start so that you’re not in the first shot. Tap the white capture button to start the snaps. The front lens will capture the first image, then there will be a delay for you to move to the other side of the camera, and the back lens will take the second picture. The camera will then process these two images into a single three sixty photo. You can preview the image and retake it if necessary. Otherwise, tap save. For large rooms, you may want to set up the camera in multiple locations to take additional three sixty photos. If you want a longer delay in between snaps so that you have more time to move out of the shot, you can extend it in the three sixty photo settings. Just tap the gear icon at the top right. Delay times can be adjusted for both the front lens and the back lens shots. For small rooms and spaces like closets, small exam rooms, and so on, we recommend using single shot mode. In this mode, the camera takes the entire three sixty photo from both the front and the back lens in one shot. It will capture everything in the scene, so try to leave the room or step away from the camera’s view before you snap the photo so you’re not in the image. Again, you can review the image and retake if necessary, or tap Save. Under the settings, you can also adjust the delay time before the shot is taken in this mode. When you’re done taking your three sixty photos, turn off the camera, and disconnect from the Theta’s network to begin syncing your data and preserve the camera’s battery. Three sixty photos behave like any other photo in �Թϲ��, meaning that they can be marked up, added to notes or sketches, moved between rooms, used in custom forms, etc. And like other types of media, they’ll be included in your PDF reports so that adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders can view them.

The 5 simple steps to get error-free moisture data

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
In �Թϲ�� Hydro, select your Tramex MEX5 or CME5 from the supported meters list.
Place or hold the meter on the material (ensure your meter also has the Bluetooth setting turned on).
Tap the “Take Bluetooth Reading” button to connect your device and capture the reading.
(Added Bonus) You can also just take a photo of the meter screen — your photo and readings get recorded instantly!

EnCircle supports the ability to take material readings via Bluetooth using the Tramex MEX5 and CME5 meters. This means you’ll be able to enter your dry standards and your daily moisture content readings via Bluetooth. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your meter and your mobile device. In �Թϲ��, open your reading, and select the Tramex MEX5 or CME5 if measuring concrete. You’ll only have to do this once, as the app will remember your meter preference going forward. You’ll see a Bluetooth reading button, but you can actually take a photo and enter the reading in one go, which is what we recommend. For this, just take your photo, and the meter will transmit the reading data at the same time. If you’re onsite with a piece of equipment that’s not yet registered in your organization’s account, you no longer have to pause the workflow to figure out how to add it to the system. Simply place some generic units on the job and carry on.

With support for all equipment types, you can now create a more comprehensive equipment log for each job. Never miss an important item again!

How do I turn this on for my org?

You can toggle this feature on in your org settings under the Equipment tab. Here you’ll see options for Quick Add and Inventory.

If you’ve been using Hydro for a while, you’re probably already familiar with the Inventory method of equipment tracking. With this method, each unit is assigned a model and asset ID for tracking across claims. You can keep this feature enabled in addition to Quick Add if you like, though we recommend choosing just one method of equipment management for your sanity.

If you just want simple, no-frills equipment management for your field teams, you can disable your inventory and switch to Quick Add only. Going forward, your field staff will not be prompted to select equipment from your inventory list by brand, model, and asset number.

This change will not impact any previous or in-progress jobs. In other words, if you have inventory on jobs already, those units will not be removed from the job or deleted from your inventory when you toggle it off. If you re-enable Inventory at some point down the road, your equipment list will come right back as it was.

*Note that both methods of equipment placement will work with our equipment calculator. You’ll still be able to enter pint capacity for dehu’s added via Quick Add.

Now that we have our equipment recommendations, the next step is to start placing equipment on the job. Tap the equipment placement task. You’ll see your dehue and air mover recommendations up top. To start placing equipment, tap the plus button, Then choose a room. And from here, you’ll simply tap the plus button next to the type of equipment you wish to add. We’ll start with our dehus. For dehues, need to select a pint capacity or enter something custom. As you add more units, you’ll see your progress toward the pint requirements for the chamber. Next, we’ll add our air movers until we’ve met or exceeded the requirements for the room. Now, the app won’t make a recommendation on air scrubbers, heaters, dryers, or other specialty equipment, but you’ll be able to place these units on the job for documentation purposes as needed. So that completes our first room, we’ve got more rooms in our chamber, so let’s do the other rooms. Use the room selector up top to switch rooms. Don’t worry about losing your progress. The app will remember whatever selections you’ve already made. Now simply repeat the process for each room in your chamber. When you’re done, tap Place. If you need to make changes to a unit, tap the three dots beside it. Here, you can edit the specs, change the placement details, or remove it from the job if you placed it by mistake. By tapping on the dehue or air mover recommendation cards up top, you can see a room by room breakdown of the requirements and the units that have been placed. This is handy when you have a lot of equipment on the job, and you don’t want to scroll to find that information. Now you may want to place your equipment on your moisture map. For this, open up the Moisture Map task. Select a moisture map, and then select Place. We already added equipment to the room, so we’ll select Place Existing. This will pull up all of the existing equipment for the room, so we’ll select place all. Then drag the icons to their respective positions on the map. If you hadn’t already added equipment to the room, you could also select Place New, and then follow a similar process to choose all of your equipment and place it on the map.
